You may have experience with shopping carts and online credit card processing.
We offer an order system via email as primary option. If you got some experience
like me, you will have noticed that shopping cart systems tend to be cumbersome

Order Procedures
You will find an email link with every product. Click on it, if you are
interested. This will produce a letter with all information to inform me.
I will contact you as soon as possible, asking for details. As soon as we
agree on an order, you will send me the shipping address and your credit
card information. In order to avoid fraud, we will iuse a simple
system. You split up your card number in two parts and send them in two separate
mails to two distinct email addresses of mine. That's it. Easy, fast, secure.
In addition, you can use the secure order form on our secure server, if you
like. It is probably more hassle for you and me, but you have a choice.
Security Issues
I have seen lots of discussions on security. Secure order forms are just
one part of a sophisticated system to avoid fraud. Most of the problems arise
from immediate delivery. If you receive the product (like software) the moment
you order, the merchant can be cheated if credit card information is not
processed immediately. This in turn exposes credit card information to possible
misuse and fraud of the customer. That's why complicated systems have been
developed, making ordering less easier and giving rise to the need to inform
the customer (and the merchants) about technical details.
We don't have any problems here. As we ship real products, no immediate delivery
occurs, so we can't be cheated. You can send your payment information simply
via email as we don't need to have this information immediately as well.
We don't need to encrypt and decrypt this information as we can split it
any way we like and send the pieces in separate mails to separate addresses.
